- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 or 2 business days (Some products processed same day) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Processing Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

- Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the Telangana/india. For international orders, please contact our customer service team for availability and pricing.
Order Tracking

Shipping Issues
- Lost or Damaged Packages: Big Daddy Store is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the carrier. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@bigdaddystore.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
