  • Processing Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method you select.
  • Delivery Estimates:

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the Telangana/india. For international orders, please contact our customer service team for availability and pricing.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Big Daddy Store is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the carrier. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@bigdaddystore.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
